The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) BC will be rebroadcasting their “Overcoming Delegation Dilemma” webinar on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Harper Grey’s Richard Bereti joined the original panel discussion on December 9, 2014 aimed at reluctant delegators to provide practical and actionable tips and tactics for making delegation work for lawyers and their practice. The panelists discussed how to overcome the common road blocks to delegation, how to deal with the perfectionist mindset that can derail delegation efforts and what to do when things go sideways.
