The presentation will provide an overview of section 135 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, including issues, inter alia, in respect of trustees’ duties in examining proof of claims, methods of service, nature of an appeal of a disallowance and admissibility of fresh evidence on an appeal of a disallowance.
