Harper Grey partner, Scott Marcinkow, will present a webinar to the British Columbia Chiropractic Association on Wednesday, June 19, 2019. The webinar, titled “Key Issues for Chiropractor Agreements,” will cover common issues and frequently asked questions that arise when preparing and reviewing written agreements between chiropractors and clinic owners. These issues may include termination clauses, records transfer/access issues and non-competition/non-solicitation restrictions.
