Sean Taylor to present at the 8th Annual McGill Conference on International Aviation Liability & Insurance.

Harper Grey partner, Sean Taylor, will be presenting “It’s Not Just Peanuts Anymore: Carrier Liability for Contagious Disease and Allergic Reactions” at the 8th Annual McGIll Conference on International Aviation Liability & Insurance. In his presentation, Sean will discuss the potential liability exposure airlines face for the spread of SARS, Ebola and similar diseases, the potential perils of poor cabin air quality and the potential liability exposure airlines face for allergies to such items as nuts, fish, or comfort/service animals.
The conference is hosted by McGill Institute of Air and Space Law and will take place on April 17-18, 2015 at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal. The event will bring together some of the world’s leading aviation liability experts to address various topics and also host activities to facilitate networking between lawyers, insurers, air carriers, manufacturers and governmental representatives.
