In this case, the plaintiff, Jafeef Mohammed, brought an action against his former employer, Dexterra. The plaintiff began working with Dexterra as a supervisor in June 2018. He was terminated on November 11, 2019 without cause and given four weeks’ notice. He was 51 years old.
