On February 7, 2019, Harper Grey partners, Kimberly Jakeman and Una Radoja attended the 12th annual Women Legal 2019 Conference. This event, presented by the Ark Group, was held at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco, California. The conference examined actions that have had a direct impact on the advancement or preservation of organizations committed to diversity and inclusion and shed light on what some firms are doing to address stagnation around gender parity.
Both Kim and Una are part of the firm’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee, which focuses on the Harper Grey’s strategies and initiatives to identify, enhance and implement best practices in all areas of diversity and inclusion.
