Nigel Trevethan, Jennifer Woznesensky, Jonathan Meadows, Steven Abramson and Kim Yee featured in “Customer Service Enriches Practice” article published in the November 2015 edition of Insurance People’s Litigation Forum. The article focuses on how delivering excellent customer service is what sets Harper Grey apart. “There is nothing particularly difficult about providing good customer service,” says Nigel Trevethan, chair of Harper Grey’s insurance law group. “Lawyers have to listen to their clients’ needs and look at situations from their perspective and then custom-tailor programs to fit what clients want. What we do differently is that we don’t just talk about good customer service, we also deliver it.”
