On May 5th, 2011, Bryan Baynham, QC was inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) in a ceremony held in Laguna Beach, CA.

Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. Membership is by invitation only.

The LCA comprises one-half of one percent of American lawyers and only a select group of Canadian lawyers.
